Schedule: 6:00 - 6:45 Chocolate Meditation + Live Music by Brian Paul DG 6:45 - 7:30 Inspirational Talk with an Invocation of Love led by Tami Dovell

7:30-8:15 Soft and Slow Candlelit Yoga Practice with calm and soothing music Led by Jessie Reid with Breathe Easy Yoga with music by Zenhouse Productions. Accompanied with the Soundoff Experience Headphones.

8:15-9:00 Guided Movement and Sound Led by Jason with Zenhouse Productions.
