Schedule: 1:00 - 1:45 Session led by Open Hearts Wellness Studio: Intuitive Balance Flow 1:45 - 2:30 Live Music by Brian Paul DG 2:30 - 3:15 Soft and Slow Candlelit Yoga Practice with calm and soothing music Led by Jessie Reid with Breathe Easy Yoga with music by Zenhouse Productions. Accompanied with the Soundoff Experience Headphones. 3:15-4:00 Guided Movement and Sound Led by Jason with Zenhouse Productions.
