Natural Unity Winter Solstice Gathering and Retreat

Friday, Dec 20, 2019 - Sunday, Dec 22, 2019 (full schedule listed below! thanks for reading!)

a reduced minimum suggested donation of $100 for the whole retreat... (or $40 for those in need of sponsorship, and certainly welcoming and appreciating those that can give more in order to cover basic costs and potentially pay contributing facilitators!)

the catered meal has been cancelled, so more co-creativity for us now! there will now be 4 pot luck meals (1 Friday, 2 Saturday and 1 Sunday)

***pre-registration is encouraged to ensure resting places for overnights

there are certainly options to show up for portions of this event, particular days/nights and even for particular sessions... (average minimum of $10 per session, and $15 per overnight)

6:30pm - opening sacred geometry meditation with Sheila Dupuis 7pm - pot luck meal 8pm - Kirtan and Holiday Heart Songs with Michelle, John, Brian Paul D.G., Taylor Rae and Friends! 9:30pm - sharing circle and/or breath workshop

Saturday, December 21, 2019 (minimum suggested contribution of $60 for all day/evening)

10am - conscious breath workshop with Mitch Preston 11am - Energy Medicine with Janicka Greyston - daily practices for the subtle body 12pm - pot luck 1pm -  meditation with Fred and Neil 2pm- heart song sharing circle 3pm - yoga Nidra with Mallory Dawn and Crystal Bowl sound bath 4pm - traditional sunset ceremony with Willka Willak Guillermo 5pm - kitchen jam, food prep, folk songs for everyone! 6pm - pot luck feast 7:30pm - Chant and Dance of Universal Peace with Wayne Rollack (community song and dance from all world traditions) 8:30pm - sharing circle (stories, songs, poetry, music, comedy, yoga and more!) 10pm - solstice drum and chant and dance and jam! (acoustic instruments and voices welcome... drums, dijereedoos, banjos, mandolins, cellos, bass, guitars, violins, singing bowls, kazoos and such!)

Sunday, Dec 22, 2019 (minimum suggested contribution of $20 for the day)

10am - breath-workshop intro with Kai Hicks 11am - the 'just dance' journey 12:30pm - closing circle 1pm - pot luck 2pm - clean up and clear out!
